BOOTH PACKAGE
The complete booth package includes:
- One 10′x 10′ pipe and draped booth space (show color is black)
- 44″x 7″ booth identification sign (company name in black type only)
- One 6′ skirted table (6’ L x 24” W x 30” H)
- Two standard chairs
- One wastebasket
- Standard electrical
(The above items will be waiting in your booth when setup begins at 9 am Tuesday September 29th.)
The ballroom IS carpeted. Custom booth carpet can be ordered.
- Lead Retrieval App– One per 10 x 10 booth package. Details will be emailed to key contact week of September 21. Order additional items from orders@american-tradeshow.com (985-809-0600)
- Tuesday evening exhibitor/speaker reception (September 29, 5-6:30 pm. Location TBD.)
- Technical conference proceedings (one login per exhibiting company emailed to key contact in September)

- 2x use of registrant list post-show
The individual who completed the PCB West contract/or other designated key contact will be sent a PCB West opt-in list usage agreement approximately 5 – 7 business days after the show close. The agreement will outline the terms of usage, including 2x only within a specific period. Once signed and returned, the list of registrants opting in will be provided.
Note that information on any attendee whose badge is scanned with the lead retrieval app may be used as often as desired; attendees allowing scanning are giving permission for such usage. The LeadsPlus™ app is provided as part of the complete booth package to be used on one device only. Additional apps and/or handheld units can be ordered directly from American Trade Show (ATS) orders@american-tradeshow.com (985-809-0600).
Information to download the app will be sent the week of September 21 to the primary contact from American-tradeshow.com. Instructions can also be obtained on site prior to show opening on Wednesday September 30.
