PCB West On Site Policies

ADA REQUIREMENTS

Anyone requiring assistance as outlined in the ADA should contact show management at the registration desk.

AGE RESTRICTIONS

No persons under the age of 18 are permitted to attend PCB West.

PAGING

Only emergency paging and show management announcements will be allowed during show hours.

CONFERENCE PROCEEDINGS

Access to the PCB West conference proceedings may be purchased onsite at the registration desk for $295. Proceedings may also be purchased after the show online at pcbwest.com.

EXHIBITION POLICY/NO SUITCASING

Please note that any attendee or exhibitor observed to be soliciting business in the aisles or other public spaces, in another company’s booth, or in violation of any portion of the PCB West show policies will be asked to leave immediately. Any marketing materials placed outside of any booth space, unless sponsored, will be discarded. Please report any violations to show management at the registration desk.

SECURITY

All PCB West badges must be visible at all times. Badges and ribbons indicate the admission type for each attendee. If your badge is not visible, you will not be permitted to attend.

PHOTOGRAPHY/VIDEO

Show management is the official photographer. Photography only (no filming) by exhibitors of their own booths is allowed. Otherwise, taking pictures or recording within the common areas, exhibit area or meeting rooms is prohibited without prior approval. Requests for filming or photography within the exhibit area or meeting rooms must be submitted to show management via email to jb@pcea.net no later than Friday, August 29th. Show management reserves the right to deny any such requests.

A dedicated space will be offered to exhibitors and media for show floor interviews. Please contact show management (jb@pcea.net) for availability.
